These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) set out the agreement between A1 Integrated Solutions Pty Ltd (“we”, “our”, “us”) and the client (“you”, “your”) for the provision of our cleaning services. By engaging our services, you accept these Terms.
1. Services
We provide professional cleaning services tailored to your needs. The scope of work, service frequency, and pricing will be agreed upon before commencement. Any additional tasks requested outside the agreed scope may incur extra charges, which will be discussed with you beforehand.
2. Bookings & Cancellations
- Bookings must be confirmed at least 24 hours before the scheduled service.
- Cancellations or rescheduling require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice. Failure to provide notice may result in a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the service cost.
- We reserve the right to decline or postpone a booking if conditions at the premises are unsafe or unsuitable for service delivery.
3. Access & Safety
You must provide safe access to the property at the agreed time. Our staff will not move heavy furniture, handle hazardous substances, or perform tasks that could compromise their safety. If access is not provided, a cancellation fee may apply.
4. Payments
- Payment is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- We accept approved payment methods as outlined during booking.
- Late or overdue payments may result in additional charges and recovery costs.
5. Liability
Our team takes great care while working on your premises. However, we are not responsible for:
Pre-existing damage, wear and tear, or defects in property or belongings.
Items not securely placed or fragile objects.
Any claims for damage must be reported in writing within 24 hours of the service.
6. Service Guarantee
We aim to deliver high-quality cleaning services. If you are dissatisfied, please notify us within 24 hours, and we will re-clean the affected areas at no additional charge.
7. Limitation of Liability & Indemnity
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the cost of the service provided. You agree to indemnify us against any claims, losses, or damages arising from the use of our services, except where caused by our proven negligence.
8. Amendments
We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will be available upon request or on our website.
